Artwork:
We will need usable artwork from you. An image pulled from a website is NOT usable. An .cdr (vector) file is preferred, but most any high resolution file will work. If you are not sure, email it to us and we will let you know. If your art needs changes or touchups, or if it needs to be recreated, we offer design services. Basic work will be done at no charge, extensive work will be quoted per job. All orders will be proofed via email and you must respond with an ‘OK’ before actual production begins.
Delivery:
Most products are delivered in 7-10 days after approval and payment, some can take as long as 20. Be sure to order on time to meet your in hands date! Occasionally items become backordered, if your item is backordered, we will choose a comparable product with a higher value and email you the info for you to OK.
